This guy just made the Guinness World Records as the “Shortest song to enter the Billboard Hot 100”. Apparently this 45 second track scaled the US charts last October 29.

During the ceremony in Tokyo he performed the “long version” which you can watch above. Looks like he’s the new Psy. ^^;
