The Witcher 3 Blood and Wine DLC Adds 30 Hours of Gameplay

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt was one of the games that a lot of people were looking forward to playing in 2015, and it didn’t disappoint. CD Projekt RED gave us hours upon hours of enjoyable gameplay and a solid follow up to the Witcher 2. They dropped the Hearts of Stone DLC later that year to expand the world a bit more and give us even more to do.

Enter the Blood and Wine expansion to be released at the end of the month that promises to give us 30 hours of extra gameplay. The DLC takes place in the land of Toussaint, where there are more creatures to hunt. Of course, where there are things that go bump in the night or ravage during the day, we know our silver-haired protagonist, Geralt, will be there. The DLC will bring 30 new weapons, 100 new armor pieces, 20 new enemies to dispatch, and 12 new unlockable mutations via the New Game Plus function. The Blood and Wine Expansion will be available for PS4, XBox One, and PC on May 31. Check out the teaser trailer below.
