Stacy Lyn Liong: Always have a financial plan on a long term basis. Have some to spare for emergencies.

Karl Joseph Ku: My parents and sister willingly with open heart give back 10% of their monthly earnings back to the church. “Tithing/ Ikapu” – from there surely it will return ten folds.

Marc Tan: I set a scheduled fund transfer every payday to instantly transfer 40% of my salary to my savings account (and keep the atm). no access no gastos 😀

Maricel Cuerdo: On ordinary days, I take with me only the amount of cash that corresponds to my daily budget. I keep some extra cash for use in case of emergencies, but I store it in a less frequently accessed location (ex. wallet’s secret compartment). So if I see an item in a shop that I really like, and because I don’t carry enough cash for it, I’ll have to come back for it another day. This gives me time to think if the purchase is really worth it.
