Can’t Find Your Android Phone? Google It

Google Phone

Yes, you can even Google your own phone now

If you’re like us, you sometimes lose track where your phone is inside your house or office. Like a lot. Google knows that everybody gets their fair share of senior moments once in a while, and to that end the company has announced that you can now go to your desktop and Google your phone, and you’ll be able to find it.

It’s fairly easy – just go to Google’s main page, type in find my phone, and the browser will show you exactly where your phone is, as well as give you the option to ring your phone. It’s essentially a shortcut to the Android device manager (where you can essentially do the same thing).

Of course caveats apply – your phone will need to have location services turned on for it to work, as well as have access to data.

  2. nice feature, although we will also need a phone with more battery and with a more power efficient phone cpu and display, so that data access and location access can always be turned on.. So xiaomi should produce more powerbanks for the upcoming sale hehe.. Thanks.
